Victor Clavell – Chief Executive Officer

Victor brings over 30 years of premium hotel management experience to his new role at Urban Resort Concepts (URC). His successful career includes 28 years with Marriott International's luxury brands across Europe and Asia-Pacific, where he held leadership positions overseeing The Ritz-Carlton, Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, and EDITION brands. Victor also served as Chief Operating Officer at AMAALA, an ultra-luxury development in Saudi Arabia, and Senior Vice President of Operations at Rosewood Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Caribbean.
